含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物改性环氧涂层的制备与性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用半连续滴加的乳液聚合法制备了甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯-丙烯酸十八酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(DFMA-SA-MMA)三元共聚物,并将其加入到环氧涂料中,制备了具有极高疏水性能的环氧涂层。考察了含氟丙烯酸酯无规共聚物的加入量对涂层的接触角和表面能的影响。结果表明,共聚物的加入显著降低了涂层的表面能,接触角明显增大,当共聚物的用量为环氧涂料的10%时,表面能达到4.56 mN/m,接触角为136°。 The copolymer dodecafluorohaptyl-methyl methacrylate-octadecyl acrylate(DMFA-SA-MMA) was synthesized by emulsion polymerization and then applied to epoxy coating to reduce its surface energy.The copolymer and coating were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM),respectively.The influence of copolymer on surface energy and contact angle was investigated.The result indicates that the surface energy of the coating is reduced greatly,due to the addition of the Fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer and the formation of microstructure.When the ammount is 10%,The surface energy is merely 4.56 mN/m,and contact angle is 136°.
