树突状细胞的免疫耐受特性及其在重症肌无力中的应用研究

摘要 树突状细胞(DCs)是最强有力的抗原递呈细胞,同时在免疫耐受方面也发挥着重要的作用。如何利用好DCs的免疫耐受特性从而达到治疗自身免疫性疾病的目的是免疫学领域的关注热点。重症肌无力是T细胞依赖、抗体介导、器官特异的自身免疫性疾病。将DCs的免疫耐受特性应用于重症肌无力的研究也成为一种新的趋势。现就DCs的耐受特性、诱导耐受机制及其近年来在重症肌无力的应用研究予以综述。 Dendritic cells(DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells(APC) in the immune system and play an essential role in immune tolerance.How to utilize the tolerogenicity of DCs to treat autoimmune disease is a hot spot in the field of immunology.Myasthenia gravis is a T-cell-dependent,antibody-mediated,organ-specific autoimmune disease.The translational research of DCs tolerogenicity in myasthenia gravis has become a new trend.This article reviews the bionomics of DCs,the mechanism of tolerance induction,and the application of DCs in myasthenia gravis in recent years.
