摘要 采用超声波辅助提取技术,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,探讨了提取条件对芒果(Mangifera indica L.)叶中的黄酮类物质提取率的影响。结果表明,芒果叶总黄酮超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:体积分数40%乙醇为溶剂,固液比1:40(g/mL),超声提取时间50 min,超声提取温度40℃,此条件下芒果叶总黄酮提取率达4.06%。 The conditions of ultrasound-assisted extracting of flavonoids from Mangifera indica L.leaves pxtraction were studied by single factor analysis and L9(34) orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal conditions of flavonoids extration from Mangifera indica L.leaves were: ethanol concentration of 40%,solid to liquid ratio of 1:40(g/mL),ultrasonic extraction time of 50 min and extraction temperature 40℃.Under those conditions,the total flavonoids extraction yield from Mangifera indica L.leaves was 4.06%.
