摘要
采用电阻钎焊工艺对银石墨触头进行钎焊时,钎焊工艺往往不稳定。为解决这一问题,在钎焊工艺中引入了热传感器。实验表明,使用温度传感器后,钎焊温度的波动可以控制在23℃的范围内,钎焊过程稳定可靠。分析表明,钎焊时间对钎着率的影响最大。使用超声波显微技术可以实现在线检测,从而使得银石墨触头的电阻钎焊成为可能。
The process is not stable usually to weld AgC contact by resistance brazing.To solve this problem,the thermal sensor was introduced in the process.The result shows that the brazing temperature fluctuation will be limited in the range of 23 ℃ by thermal sensor,and welding process was stable.The study shows that welding time has the largest influence on brazed rate than other parameters.The technology by using ultrasonic microscope is the approach to check welding quality on-line.It makes AgC contact resistance brazing become feasible.
