核转录因子7类似物2基因遗传位点多态性与2型糖尿病的关联研究

Association analysis of loci-polymorphisms in TCF7L2 with type 2 diabetes in a Chinese population

摘要 目的研究中国人群TCF7L2基因遗传位点Rs7903146与2型糖尿病的关联性。方法通过检索PubMed和CNKI数据库中有关TCF7L2基因遗传位点Rs7903146与2型糖尿病关联研究的文献,进行Meta分析和关联性研究。结果中国人群TCFTL2基因遗传位点Rs7903146多态性的Meta分析结果显示OR值(95%CI)为1.48(1.25~1.75)。中国香港和台湾人群基因型分布检验概率和等位基因分布检验概率分别为(0.444 691,0.433 062)和(0.292 543,0.430 491)。中国大陆人群OR值(95%CI)是1.67(1.38~2.02),大陆人群的基因型分布检验概率和等位基因分布检验概率分别是2.1×10-7和2.2×10-7。结论易感基因TCF7L2遗传位点Rs7903146多态性与中国大陆2型糖尿病有显著关联,但与中国香港和台湾的二型糖尿病无关联。 Objective To investigate the association between TCF7L2 polymorphism Rs7903146 and type 2 diabetes(T2D) in a Chinese population.Methods Literatures searched on PubMed and CNKI were enrolled in the meta analysis and association study.Results The pooled OR(95%CI) value of TCF7L2 polymorphism Rs7903146 in Chinese population was 1.48(1.25~1.75).There were not differences in the distributions of Rs7903146 genotype frequency of Chinese Hong Kong and Taiwan subgroups between cases and controls.No difference probubility of Rs7903146 allele frequency of them were respectively 0.2925 and 0.4305 between cases and controls.There were significant differences of Rs7903146 genotype and allele frequency in Chinese mainland subgroup between cases and controls.Conclusion TCF7L2 polymorphism Rs7903146 was associated with T2D in Chinese mainland subgroup.No association between TCF7L2 polymorphism Rs7903146 and T2D was found in Chinese Hong Kong and Taiwan subgroups.
