摘要
为了设计燃气机热泵的变容量控制器,利用建立的仿真模型,通过仿真实验对串级模糊控制和串级PID控制系统的响应过程进行了研究.串级控制系统的主回路分别采用模糊控制和PID控制,比较分析了两种控制策略在不同工况下的控制效果,以及它们克服干扰的效果.仿真结果表明:同串级PID控制相比,串级模糊控制具有超调量少、系统输出比较平缓及达到稳态的时间短的优点;串级控制可以有效地克服系统的干扰,提高控制质量.
In order to design the variable capacity controller of the heat pump of gas engine,the dynamic response process to cascade fuzzy control and cascade PID control system has been researched using established simulation model.The performances of the cascade fuzzy control and the cascade PID control under different working conditions were compared and their abilities to overcome the interference were analyzed.It was showed that cascade fuzzy con-trol gave a better performance such as lower overshoots temperature,more stable output and reduced action time than the cascade PID control.The cascade control strategy can suppress the disturbance effectively,and improve the control quality.
