剑麻叶汁对芒果畸形病菌的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 用5个品种的剑麻叶汁对芒果畸形病病原菌进行抑菌效果的试验,结果表明:5个品种的剑麻叶汁,对芒果畸形病病原菌均有抑制作用,其中番麻的抑菌效果最强,达到了82.21%,东1号抑菌效果较差为43.64%;该剑麻叶汁经过高温处理后,抑菌效果有所下降,其中番麻的抑菌率为74.03%,东1号为31.58%,表明剑麻叶汁中具有多种不同有效的抑菌成分,其中有部分在高温下分解或变性,使抑菌效果降低。 The inhibitory effects of five sisal cultivars extracts against Fusarium spp.which caused mango malformation disease were tested.The results showed that all the five sisal cultivars extracts could cause the inhibition of normal growth of Fusarium spp..the extract of Mexican maguey was strongest,which was 82.21%,but H.11648 just was 43.64%;when these extracts were treated by high temperature,their inhibitory effects were declining.The Mexican maguey was 74.03%,H.11648 was 31.58%.So sisal extracts contain different kinds of effective antimicrobial components,some of which were decomposed or denatured under the conditions of high temperature,then their inhibitory effects were declining.
