心理资本对工作绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:23

摘要 在理论分析和逻辑推理的基础上,本文深入分析了心理资本对工作绩效影响的内在机制,构建了心理资本与工作绩效的关系模型,采用结构方程模型对假设命题进行了实证检验。检验结果表明:心理资本提升对知识员工的工作绩效存在极其显著的影响,这为基于战略的人力资源管理的职业生涯开发、促进工作绩效改进的深入研究提供了基础。
