睾酮和雌二醇对大鼠草酸钙结石模型的影响 被引量:6

Effects of testosterone and estradiol on rat stone model of calcium oxalate

摘要 目的 进一步明确性激素与肾结石的关系,探讨成石机制。 方法 健康成年雄性SD大鼠24 只,随机分成对照组、成石组、睾酮(T) 组和雌二醇(E2) 组,收集第1 、3 、7 天的24 小时尿,测定尿晶体成分的浓度。 结果 实验第7 天时,T 组和E2 组尿钙和草酸明显低于成石组, 尿镁和柠檬酸明显高于成石组( P< 0 .05)。偏光显微镜观察发现成石组鼠肾可见大量晶体沉积,T 组和E2 组仅有散在晶体分布。 Objective To clarify the relationship between kidney calculi and sexual hormones. Methods 24 adult male SD rats were randomized to control group,stone forming group, testosterone(T) group and estradiol(E 2) group. The urine were collected at day 1,3 and 7, and the crystal components in urine were detected. Results Comparing with stone forming group,calcium and oxalate in urine of T group and E 2 group were decreased significantly, while the magnesium and citrate were increased significantly at day 7( P <0.05).The kidneys were deposited with less crystals in T group and E 2 group than in stone forming group. Conclusions It was proposed that T and E 2 might inhibit stone formation.
