摘要
采用阳极极化法研究了热处理工艺对核电厂蒸汽发生器传热管用镍基690合金腐蚀性能影响。试样经过3%、5%的形变量后,在1 080℃、1 100℃1、120℃温度加热10 min和15 min固溶处理,最后经715℃×10 h时效热处理。不同条件处理的试样进行微观分析及电化学实验,结果表明:固溶处理后晶粒尺寸明显长大;时效热处理基本不改变晶粒尺寸,但对晶界碳化物形态和电化学特征值影响明显,能显著提高690合金的耐腐蚀性能。
Effect of heat treatment on corrosion resistance of alloy 690 had been investigated with anodic polarization curves.Specimens were firstly deformed to 3%~5%,following by solution treatment at 1 080~1 120 ℃ for a total of 10 or 15 minutes,and thermal treatment at 715 ℃ for 10 hours.Then we analyzed the microstructures of alloy 690 under different thermal treatments,and electrochemical anodic polarization curves were obtained in a solution of 1 M H2SO4+0.5 M NaCl at 25 ℃.The results showed that grain size grew significantly after solid solution treatment.Although the following aging heat treatment had less effect on grain size,it affected grain boundary carbide morphology and electrochemical characteristics remarkably that it could improve the corrosion resistance of alloy 690.
