摘要
白炭黑的需求市场前景广阔,四氯化硅是生产白炭黑的主要原料。本论文创新性地采用流化床技术将废触体和氯气反应合成了四氯化硅,并对实验结果进行了工程放大,所有的实验结果均得到了证实。
In this research work,spent silicon contact mass and chlorine gas were used to synthesize tetrachlorosilane via the fluidized bed technique. On the base of fluidization of fine powders, the synthesis condition experiments , fluidized bed structures, heat change modes are researched simultaneously by the two fluidized beds. Via the discussion of reaction mechanism, research direction was determined. After the technology was magnified,the experimental results were tested and proved to be corrected. The major influential factors of the reaction were analyzed. Tetrachlorosilane is the main material during the production of fumed silica, on the other hand the application of fumed silica production is extensive and optimistic.
