学前教育纳入义务教育体系的合理性探析 被引量:13

摘要 学前教育纳入义务教育体系,虽然面临着诸多的问题与困难,但是其合理性与必要性也是非常明显的。这主要体现在以下几个方面:第一,纳入义务教育体系,可以维护和提升学前教育体系的准公共物品属性,保卫学前教育的公共性;第二,纳入义务教育体系,可以实现学前教育管理的明晰性、稳定性和统一性;第三,纳入义务教育体系,可以明确学前教师的公职身份,保障学前教师的基本权利;第四;纳入义务教育体系,可以维护学前儿童受教育的基本权利。由此观之,将学前教育纳入义务教育体系,具有现实的合理性与必要性。 Although there are many problems, but it is reasonable to bring the preschool education into the compulsory education. System Firstly, preschool and promote education has a public character, and bringing it into the compulsory education system can protect the public Character of the preschool education. Secondly, it can also protect the clarity, stability and unity of preschool educa- tion management. Thirdly, it can define the teacher identity of preschool teacher, protecting the rights of them. Fourthly, it can protect the basic education rights of preschool children. So, it's reasonable and realistic to bring the preschool education into the compulsory education system.
