摘要
通过聚苯胺链上引入磺酸基团,有效地改善了聚苯胺在水中的溶解性,并探讨了磺化条件及其它因素对磺化聚苯胺水溶性的影响。实验发现聚苯胺母体,氯磺酸用量,反应温度,磺化时间等对磺化产品水溶性有着较大的影响。通过对合成的磺化聚苯胺的水溶性进行比较,确定了最佳的合成条件:聚苯胺母体选用(APS)/(AN)为2,理论磺化度为1.3,反应温度70℃,磺化时间5 h,合成的磺化聚苯胺在室温下的溶解度为1.50 g。
Through intruding sulfonic acid groups on polyaniline backbone,water-solubility of polyaniline was improved.The sulphonated conditions and the effects of it to sulphonated polyaniline were discussed.The experiment indicated that polyaniline,the amount of chlorosulfonic,reaction time,and sulfonation time were greatly affected the water-solube.By the comparison the water-solube of sulphonated polyaniline,the optimal conditions were found that APS/AN was 2,the theorerical degree of sulfonation was 1.3,the reaction time was 70 ℃,sulfonation time was 5 h,the solubility of sulphonated polyaniline under room temperature was 1.50 g.
