城乡统筹背景下德州市合村并建模式分析

Study on Modes of Village-merging of Dezhou in Coordinated Urban and Rural Development

本文以山东省农业传统大市—德州市为例,调查分析乡村居民点自然、社会经济条件,分析德州市所辖县市的乡村性,比较不同居民点发展动力来源和方向,科学判断德州乡村发展的区域特色,立足地域差异,结合典型案例提炼并诠释合村并建的区域化模式。

Choosing Dezhou city as a case,this paper analyzed the physical and economic condition of rural residential areas in Dezhou city and calculated the rurality of counties in Dezhou,then the paper compared the dynamic of development and tendency of different rural residential areas and brought up the moles of village-merging on the base of identifying the regional characteristic in rural development.
