随着中国与国际交流的增多,中餐菜单翻译日益显示出其重要性和必要性。中餐菜单翻译是让很多人中国人感到头疼的问题。本文就以宣传中国饮食文化为出发点,并结合实例归纳提出了几种具体实用的中餐菜单英译方法。
With the development of tourism and approach of Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. China shall intensity its eommunieatiou with other countries. The translation of Chinese Menu is becoming more and more important. Translating Chinese meun into English posts a serious problem for many Chinese. In orderto publicizing Chinese dietary, the paper summarizes some concrete and practical ways in the translation practice.
