创新经济视角下高技能人才开发策略探析

On Cultivation of High-tech Talents in View of Innovation Economy

对苏州创新型经济运行的特征进行研究,分析高技能人才短缺对苏州创新型经济发展的负面影响,从人力资本积累、专业方向培养、职前和职后培养以及区域优势等方面,探求创新型高技能人才开发的主要问题,提出了创新经济背景下高技能人才开发的措施。

This paper studies the features of Suzhou innovation-based economy and analyzes the negative influences exerted by the lack of high-tech talents.It illustrates the main problems in the cultivation of high-tech talents from five aspects,including human resource accumulation,major training direction,pre-service training,post-service training and the declination of region advantages.The author also suggests five new measures for cultivating high-tech talents in view of innovation economy.
