摘要
目的:探讨心理应激因素对下丘脑室周核生长抑素mRNA阳性神经元的影响。材料和方法:采用心理应激大鼠模型,以原位杂交组织化学及图像分析技术,检测下丘脑室周核生长抑素mRNA阳性神经元的表达程度和神经元体积密度(Vv)及单位体积细胞数密度(Nv)的变化。结果:在生长抑素mRNA的表达程度和Vv及Nv等方面,三组相比,结果为闪光间期长短不均加电刺激组(A组)>闪光间期衡定加电刺激组(B组)>单纯闪光间期长短不均组(C组)。结论:结果表明,心理应激明显增加大鼠下丘脑室周核生长抑素的合成和分泌。
To investigate the effects of psychological stress on somatostatin mRNA-positive neurons in periventricular nucleus of hypothalamus. Methods: Regular electric and irregular flashing light stimulating group(group A), regular electric and regular flashing light stimulating group (group B) and irregular flashing light stimulating group(group C) were built. Tiger computer image processor was used to measure the Vv and Nv of the somatostatin neurons stained by situ hybridization histochemistry. Results: Group A>group B>group C in the expression of the strength, Vv and Nv of the somatostatin-positive neurons. Conclusion: The results. show that the psychological stress obviously increases the synthesis or secretion of somatostatin in periventricular nucleus of hypothalamus in rats.
