摘要
针对推挽式直流变换器的应用,研究了在变压器二次侧采取串联LLC谐振和并联LCL谐振的两种软开关电路,详细分析了两个电路的工作阶段及其软开关的工作原理,比较了两者的工作特点。最后实际制作了两个软开关电路并进行了测试,结果表明两个电路都能很好地实现功率管的软开关,证实了其正确性和有效性。
For the application of push-pull DC-DC converter,two soft-switching circuits with the LLC series resonant and LCL parallel resonant on sub-side of the transformer are investigated.In-depth analysis and discussion is made on the working stages of these two circuits and their principles of soft switching,the working features between the two circuits are compared,and the actual circuits are further assembled and tested.The results show that two circuits can realize the soft-switching of power transistors,and the correctness and validity are proved.
