摘要
目的:了解我院急救药品的使用情况,为提高我院急救药品种的合理采购及急救药品管理水平提供参考。方法:对2009年1月～2010年6月我院急救药的品种、销售金额和出库数量进行统计、分析。结果:用药频度最高的前3位药属于止血类药。心血管系统类药用药频度较高。销售金额前3位的种类分别是抗凝药、血浆及代用品、止血药。结论:止血类药品及心血管类药品在我院急救药品中占主导地位,应该根据临床使用情况合理采购。
Objective ： To analyze the use of emergency medicines in our hospital in order to afford reference for their rational purchase and clinic application. Method： From January 2009 to June 2010, the varieties, sales amount and slab discharge quantities of the emergency medicines in our hospital were statistically analyzed. Result： The emergency medicines with the first three highest use frequency were hemostaties followed by cardiovascular agents. With the first three highest sales amount were anticoagulants, plasma and substitutes and hemostatics. Conclusion： The use of hemostaties and cardiovascular agents in our hospital is dominant,which should be purchased rationally according to clinical use.
