As educational technology is a second-grade subject,its research significance is improving teaching and learning to meet people＇s educational demand.Viewing educational technology as a technical-level subject of education,the particularity of its value is how to apply media technology to teaching practice by using technical means.The dual role of educational technology places it in a cross-position between technology supply and educational demand.Educational demand is the theoretical basis of developing any technology,and advanced media technology also can stimulate the production of educational demand.So how to balance the relationship between supply and demand is a very important integrated point of the development and innovation of educational technology.
