摘要
在AA5083合金中添加微量的Zr和稀土元素Er,经过半连续铸造、均匀化退火及热轧、冷轧制成板材,利用扫描电镜、透射电镜以及EDX分析发现,Er和Zr可以与Al单独形成Al3Er,Al3Zr相以及复合形成Al3(ZrEr)相,它们与Al基体之间存在共格或半共格关系,可以使合金得到强化。其中Al3(ZrEr)是比Al3Er,Al3Zr尺寸更小、分布更加弥散的强化相,当其直径小于20 nm时与基体保持完全共格,是合金中有效的强化相。
The AA5083 alloy with trace Zr and Er were produced by direct chill casting,homogenizing treatment,hot and cold rolled.The results showed that Al3Er,Al3Zr and Al3(ZrEr) were found in experiment alloys by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),which could be coherent completely or semi-coherent with Al matrix and strength the experiment alloys,but Al3(ZrEr) particles was more dispersible and smaller than Al3Er,Al3Zr particles.It would be coherent completely when the diameter was below 20 nm and be semi-coherent when the diameter was 20~50 nm.It was the effective strength phase in experiment alloys.
