摘要
注水开发油田的注水电耗占原油生产总成本的比例较大,为降低能耗,通过对泵站改造方案的比较和泵串联特性分析,提出了用增压泵控制串接大功率注水泵的泵控泵(Pump-Control-Pump)技术。PCP技术在海一联合站注水系统的应用,解决了注水泵泵效低、泵管压差大、单耗高等问题,节能效果明显。
The electric power consumption of water injection of oilfield accounts for a larger proportion of the total cost of production.By comparison of the reconstruction plan of pumping stations and pumping series characteristic analysis to reduce energy consumption,the paper presents the technology of power booster injection controlling high power pumps(Pump-Control-Pump).The application of PCP in water injection system for Hai-1 solved the problems of low pump efficiency,large pressure,and high consumption of injection pumps,which saved energy significantly.
