摘要
造船精度管理技术直接影响造船质量及效率,对船舶行业发展具有极其重要的意义。通过介绍补偿量计算分配的理论基础及方法、船舶建造的过程控制和精度标准的制定等方面的内容,概括出造船精度管理的内容及实施的步骤。总结了建造工艺热应力变形的机理等造船精度管理难点问题的研究情况,提出了船舶建造动态控制这一先进的造船过程控制技术,并从尺寸链的角度来解释预修整工艺中提高工序精度的原理。事实表明,此技术将对造船企业的生产起到积极的推进作用。
The technology of accuracy management in shipbuilding is extremely important to shipbuilding industry development,due to it affects the quality and efficiency of shipbuilding.The contents of shipbuilding accuracy management and implementation procedures were summarized by introducing the theoretical principle and method of compensation amount calculation and distribution,shipbuilding process control,the establishment of precision standards.The special difficulties were outlined such as mechanism study in shipbuilding,and the shipbuilding dynamic control,one of advanced process control technologies was proposed,and the principle that pre-recondition technology of solving the process problems was explained in the aspect of reducing of composition ring numbers in the dimension chain.The fact indicates that this technology will play a positive role in promoting the production.
