清热通阳汤在阳气郁型变应性鼻炎中的应用

我们通过临床研究发现，变应性鼻炎可分为阳气虚型和阳气郁型。阳气虚型在临床上较常见，此型已经得到学术界的认可，而阳气郁型相对较少见。阳气内郁不能正常布散则不能外达体表，体表不固则不能抵御外邪侵袭；阳气亦不能正常温煦津液，津液不畅而溢于鼻窍。

We found allergic rhinitis can be divided into Yangqixu type and Yangqiyu type according to clinical reseacn. Yangqixu type is very common in clinical, this type receive the agree of academia, but Yangqiyu type is very rare. If Yangqi Neiyu can＇t spread, it can＇t reach the surface of body, if the surface is not solid, it can＇t resist invasion of Waixie; Yangqi also can＇t Wenxun Jinye, Jinye impeded, it will overflow in the nasal orifices.
