摘要
采用不同制备工艺研究聚苯乙烯树脂乳液对天然胶乳的胶体性质、成膜性能及其硫化胶膜力学性能的影响。引入相对补强度（ ＲＲＤ） 来表征天然胶乳胶膜的补强效果。实验结果表明：聚苯乙烯树脂乳液对天然胶乳具有良好的补强作用；采用就地聚合工艺所得的补强胶乳克服了预聚并用工艺所容易造成的增稠现象；采用预备并用工艺所得的补强胶乳仍具有良好的成膜效果。
The influences of PS resin emulsion on the colloid nature and film forming characteristic of NR latex and the mechanical properties of its vulcanizate were investigated by using different preparation technology.Relative Reinforced Degree(RRD) was characterized the reinforced effect of NR latex.The results showed that NR latex could be reinforced by PS resin emulsion effectively,the reinforced NR latex which used in situ polymerization technology overcomed the densification phenomenon which was easy to be caused by pre polymerization and mix technology,the reinforced NR latex by using pre polymerization and mix technology still had very good film forming effect.
