摘要
目的评价微侵袭接骨板技术(MIPO)以胫骨远端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗高能量创伤所致的胫骨远端粉碎骨折的疗效。方法运用微侵袭接骨板技术以胫骨远端锁定加压接骨板(LCP)内固定治疗41例高能量创伤所致的胫骨远端粉碎骨折,并以临床功能和X线检查评定治疗效果。结果 41例均获随访,平均随访时间8个月。41例骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间为13周(7-16周),没有发生内固定失败以及骨不愈合者。浅表感染1例。踝关节功能评价优良36例(87%)。结论运用微侵袭接骨板技术以胫骨远端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端粉碎的骨折创伤小,对软组织的干扰少,能够获得并维持稳定的固定,有利于骨折的早期愈合,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of patients with distal tibial fractures treated with the technique of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO) with locking compress plate(LCP).Methods41 patients(41 fractures) were treated with the technique of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO) with the locking compress plate(LCP).16 fractures were open.Main outcome measurements were clinical and radiographic assessment.Results41 patients with 41 fractures were available for evaluation at an average 8 months follow-up(range 2-18 months).All fractures healed without secondary surgeries at a mean of 13 weeks(range 7-16 weeks).There were no cases of failed fixation,implant breakage.Complications included one superficial infection.Based on the Mazur ankle rating scale,36 cases(87%) showed excellent or good results.ConclusionsThe technique of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO) with the locking compress plate(LCP) allows for stable fixation and facilitates early healing in distal tibial fractures with less complications.
