摘要
现阶段医院之间的竞争已经逐渐演变为人力资源的竞争,而我国受计划经济的影响,医院人力资源管理体制落后。通过分析国内外人力资源管理的相关文献,并结合我国医院人力资源管理的现状,提出了改革思路以及相关的政策建议。
At present,the competition between hospitals has gradually evolved into the competition between human resources,but human resource management system falls behind other systems by the influence of planning economy in China.Through analyzing domestic and foreign literature about human resource management,and combining with the status quo of human resources management situation in hospitals in China,both reform ideas and related policy recommendations are put forward.
