血液病患者发热反应的护理及相关因素分析

Nursing experience of hemopathy patients with fever reaction and its related factors analysis

目的:探讨血液病患者发热反应的相关因素研究与护理体会。方法:分析血液性输注中发生发热反应的128例血液病输血的患者发病原因,并给予合适的护理干预。结果:经过针对性的护理,患者均有不同程度的好转,有效率达到94.5%,显示了较好的护理效果。结论:对于出现发热反应的血液病患者,结合患者实际情况,仔细分析其发病因素,并给予针对性的护理措施,对于减少发热副反应,提高临床效果是很有意义的。

Objective：To explore related factors and nursing experience on hemopathy patients with fever reaction.Methods：128 cases of patients with hemopathy patients with fever reaction during the blood transfusion were carefully analyzed the disease cause,and then given proper nursing intervene.Results：By our nursing,the disease of patients turned better in different degrades,and the effective rate reached up to 94.5%,it showed good nursing effect.Conclusions：For hemopathy patients with fever reaction during the blood transfusion,careful analysis on the disease cause combined with the concrete states,and targeted nursing measures,are meaningful for enhancing the clinical effect.
