呼吸科老年患者多,且应用抗生素、激素。一方面易于产生耐药菌,另一方面容易引起耐药菌在呼吸科患者中的蔓延。在临床上,如何做好消毒隔离措施,防止耐药菌的泛滥是管理的重点。
