摘要
目的:探讨心可舒片对社区2型糖尿病患者血液流变学的影响。方法:北京西城区疾病防治中心(centers fordisease control,CDC)及西城区各社区服务站120例符合研究条件的II型糖尿病患者纳入本研究。分为治疗组(心可舒片)及对照组,入组后继续给予降糖药物或胰岛素降糖、口服降压药物降压治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用心可舒片治疗8周,治疗组给予安慰剂治疗。分别观测入组前和治疗后两组的血液流变学指标(全血黏度1,全血黏度5,全血黏度30,全血黏度200,全血还原黏度中切,全血还原黏度高切,红细胞变形指数,红细胞电泳指数,血沉,血沉方程K值)、血糖、血脂以及糖化血红蛋白。结果:①治疗组在心可舒片治疗前较心可舒片治疗后的血液流变学指标(全血黏度1,全血黏度5,全血黏度30,全血黏度200,全血还原黏度中切,全血还原黏度高切,红细胞变形指数,红细胞电泳指数,血沉,血沉方程K值)有好转趋势(P<0.05)。②心可舒片治疗8周后,治疗组较对照组的两项血液流变学指标(全血还原黏度中切,血沉)有所好转(P<0.05)。结论:心可舒片能改善II型糖尿病患者血液流变学,进而可以有效地防止和减少糖尿病并发症的发生以及提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of Xin-ke-shu-pian to the blood rheology of the type II diabetic patients.Methods:120 type II diabetic patients from Beijing west city district and community service were enrolled in this research.They were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.On the basic treatments of control blood glucose and depressurizes blood pressure and lower blood fat,the treatment group take Xin-ke-shu-pian and the control group use placebo.Then observe the blood rheology(Whole blood viscosity 1,Whole blood viscosity 5,Whole blood viscosity 30,Whole blood viscosity 200,whole blood viscosity reduction of middle cutting,The whole blood viscosity reduction of high cutting,Erythrocyte deformation index,Red cell electrophoretic index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K) blood glucose and HbA1 before and after the treatment of Xin-ke-shu-pian.Results:①In treatment group,the whole blood rheology was improved significantly after Xin-ke-shu-pian treatment(P0.05).②After eight weeks' treatment of Xin-ke-shu-pian,the blood rheology(whole blood viscosity reduction of middle cutting,erythrocyte sedimentation rate) of treatment group was improved significantly compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Xin-ke-shu-pian can improve the blood rheology of type II diabetic patients;as a result it can protect and reduce the complication of diabetes and will increase the quality of their life.
