单纯超滤联合血液透析抢救急性左心衰竭32例疗效分析

Effect of 32 patients with acute heart failure treated by Simple ultrafiltration and hemodialysis

目的:通过对慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰患者采用单纯超滤联合血液透析治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析,为今后更好的开展血液净化技术达到有效治疗目的。方法选择2007年5月～2010年10月住院及门诊慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰竭透析患者32例,应用单纯超滤联合血液透析,同时监测患者的血压、呼吸、心率及肺部罗音变化。结果:单纯超滤联合血液透析抢救肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰竭32例,显效21例(65.62%),有效9例(28.13%),无效2例(6.25%),总有效率93.75%。结论:单纯超滤联合血液透析抢救肾功能衰竭合并急性左心衰竭安全可靠,病人症状缓解迅速,心衰纠正理想。

Objective Patients with acute left heart failure treated by simple ultrafiltration and hemodialysis were retrospectively analyzed to explore the therapeutic efficacy.Methods Acute left heart failure of patients with chronic renal failure were treated by simple ultrafiltration and hemodialysis during May 2007 to October 2010.All cases were retrospectively analyzed for effect,blood pressure,breath,pulmonary rales and heart rate.Results Total 32 patients with complete data enter into analysis.Markedly effect of 21（65.62%）,effective of 9（28.13%）,no efeect of 2（6.25%） in all cases,and the total effective rate was 93.75%.Conclusion Simple ultrafiltration with hemodialysis can use to rescue acute left hart failure with renal failure,the effect is reliable and rapid relief of symptoms of heart failure.
