摘要
高原训练是人体运动科学研究领域内很重要的分支,是运动训练学重要组成部分。通过对Webof Science所收录的2005—2010年高原(或低氧)训练相关研究文献索引资料进行科学计量分析,发现近几年国外高原训练研究前沿与热点。分析表明,现阶段国外高原训练研究力量主要集中在美欧等发达国家。研究前沿热点主要集中在运动员生理生化指标以及高原训练模式的探索研究,如最大耗氧量、血红蛋白、促红细胞生成素、高住低练等。众多学者研究发现,中等海拔高原(2000-2500m)以及不小于3周的“高住低练(HiLo)”方法其效果要优于传统高原训练(HiHi)方法。Levine BD、Stary—Gundersen J、Saunders PU等著名学者在高原训练研究领域具有较高的知名度,同时,也是高原训练研究的重要领军人物,其研究成果构成了高原训练研究领域的重要知识基础,并成为备受关注的主要参考文献群。
tract: Altitude training is the most important part in the field of study on human sports science and is the integral part of sports training. This paper aims to find out the frontier and hotspot about abroad altitude training based on statistical analysis of the reference on the altitude training between 2005 and 2010 from Web of Science. The result shows that the research on altitude training is mainly in developed countries focusing on athletes" physiological and biochemical indicators and training mode of altitude training such as VO2 max, Hb, Epo, and HiLo. It is widely accepted that medium sea-level (2 000-2 500 m) altitude training with less than 3 weeks HiLo is superior to traditional HiHi. Researchers like Levine. BD, Stary-Gundersen. J, Saunders. PU enjoy high reputations in this field and are the influential figures in the study of altitude training.
