山西省临床护理人员开展健康教育现状调查

Current Situation Investigation on Clinical Nursing Staff of Shanxi Province to Carry out Health Education

采用问卷法，调查山西省四所省级医院３５８ 名护理人员开展健康教育的情况，结果显示：９６．４％ 的护理人员认为开展健康教育重要；８３ ．８％ 的护理人员已开展了健康教育，其中开展系统化整体护理者占７１．００％ ；护理人员获取健康教育知识的途径主要为图书和杂志，仅３７．６７ ％ 的护理人员接受过健康教育培训；８５．２０％ 的护理人员感到缺乏健康教育知识。３５８ 名护理人员３０ 岁以下组和３０ 岁以上组开展健康教育的对象选择比较，差异无显著性（χ２＝ １．４２８６，Ｐ＞０ ．０５）；开展健康教育的时机选择及时间相比，差异有显著性（χ２ 值为１２．００７９ 、１８．８５３７，Ｐ 值均＜０ ．０５）。提示：山西省广大护理人员已十分重视健康教育的开展，特别是３０ 岁以上者，但应进一步加强在职护理人员健康教育培训，使健康教育的计划制订、组织方式、实施手段和评价方法等方面，有统一的规范。

By filling up the inquiry paper,current situation were investigated on 358 nursing staff from four provincial hospitals in Shanxi province to carry out health education.Results showed that of 96.4% nursing staff considered the importance to carry out nursing education.And 83.6% nursing staff had already carried out nursing education.Among them,71.00% have practised systematic holistic nursing care.Nursing staff gained knowledge mainly through reading books and magazines.Only 37.66%of nurses received health education training.And 79.22% of 358 nursing staff felt lack of health education knowledge.Compared less than 30 yrs of age group with beyond 30 yrs of age group,there was no significant difference in terms of subjects of carrying out health education (χ 2=1.4286, P >0.05).There were significant differences between the two age groups in terms of opportunity selecting and time of carrying out health education (χ 2=12.0079 and χ 2=18.8537 respectively,both P <0.05).Suggested that most of nursing staff in Shanxi province have paid more attention to carrying out health education,especially in beyond 30 yrs age group.It also suggested that we should shat strengthen health education training among nursing staff and make health education planning organization mode,with unified way of practising and evaluation,standardized and scientific criterion.
