Experience on Implementation of Computer Management System in the Pharmacy of Our Hospital

目的 :总结我院药剂科计算机管理系统的使用感受 ,进行计算机管理的经验交流。方法 :根据2年多来我院药剂科计算机管理系统的使用过程 ,阐述计算机管理的模式、特点与使用体会。结果 :2年多的计算机管理实践 ,增强了管理的透明度 ,提高了管理的科学性 ;在使用过程中 ,丰富了软件的使用功能并开发出了新的管理模式 (如三级库管理模式、重点药品管理模式 ) ,增加了软件的实用性。结论

OBJECTIVE:T o summarize and exchange the experience on the implementation of computerized management system(CMS)in the pharmacy of our hospital.METHOD:Based on the experience of implementation of CMS in our pharmacy in the past two years,we described the model and characteristics of the computerized management,and our knowledge regarding to the application.RESULTS:Practice of CMS in the past two years had enhanced the transparency and the scientific level of our management.During the process,the user function of the software was enhanced and new management models(like three-level warehouse management model,key drugs management model,etc.)were developed,thus made the software more practicable.CONCLUSION:The application of the CMS improved the management standard of the pharmacy.
