摘要
目的研究虎耳草科植物绣球花[Hydrangea macrophylla(Thunb.)Seringe]的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了12个化合物的结构,即甲基-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅰ),龙胆酸(Ⅱ),邻苯二酚(Ⅲ),8-表番木鳖酸(Ⅳ),caryoptoside(Ⅴ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),山柰酚-3-O-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅶ),5,4'-二羟基山柰酚-7-O-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅷ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ),1,2,4-苯三酚(Ⅹ),7-羟基香豆素(Ⅺ),芦丁(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb.) Seringe. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP -20, Toyopearl HW -40, and silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as methyl-fl-rutinoside( Ⅰ ), gentisic acid( Ⅱ ), pyrocatechol( Ⅲ ), 8-epiloganic acid( Ⅳ ), caryoptoside( Ⅴ ), quercetin-3- O-β-D-glucopyranoside( Ⅵ), kaempferol-3-O-β-rutinoside ( Ⅶ), 5,4'-dihydroxy-kaempferol-7-O-β-rutinoside ( Ⅷ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( Ⅺ), 1,2,4-benzenetri( Ⅹ ), 7-hydroxycoumarin(Ⅺ) and rutin(Ⅻ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ - Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
