摘要
文章在校企结合、引导学生自我管理的创新实训模式、实训基地的管理方法的基础上,借鉴现代企业"跟单"生产经营管理的方式,提出"跟单式"创新型实训教学模式,并阐述其主要优势。
Based on the cooperation between school and enterprise, and the innovative practice training model of guiding students to self-management and the practice -based management approach, the paper draws lessons from the modern enterprises, ＂with the order＂ production and operation management means, proposes ＂with the order style＂ innovative practice teaching model, and explains its main advantages.
