Practice and Reflection on Connotation Construction of Community Health Service Center of Hospital Group in Tangshan City

本研究探讨了如何发挥医疗集团内三级医院的资源优势,加速社区卫生服务机构的发展。主要从三个方面进行了阐述:充分利用医院集团的资金、设备、技术、人才优势,全方位加强社区卫生服务中心建设;借助医院集团先进的管理理念,促进社区卫生服务持续质量改进;依托医院集团内三级医院信息管理优势,加强社区卫生服务中心的信息化建设。

In this paper we study how to play the resource superiority of the 3A-graded hospitals of the hospital group to speed up the development of community health service.We elaborate it from the following three aspects：Efficiently utilizing the financial resources,equipment,technique and human resources of the hospital group so as to comprehensively strengthen the construction of community health service center;promoting the quality improvement of community health service with the help of the advanced management thought of the hospital group;enhancing the information construction of community health service center by depending on the information management advantage of the 3A-graded hospitals of the hospital group.
