摘要
堆垛机的运行速度直接影响自动化仓库的生产效率,而爬行速度是满足停准精度的关键,通过计算其立柱柱端沿巷道纵向初挠度和运行时柱端的振动振幅与货架、货箱等相对位置的关系,推出确定爬行速度的计算式。
The travelling speed of storage/retrieval machine has direct effect on the productivity of automated high rise warehouse and the crawling speed is critical to attain the required positioning precision.This paper calculates the initial longitudinal deflection of the mast top end along the aisle,studies the relationship between the amplitude of the mast top end vibration and the machine position relative to the rack or load box,and on the basis derives the crawling speed formula.A calculation example is given at the end of the article.
