摘要
在众多类型的抗凝血材料中,类肝素化聚合物由于可以显示出类似肝素化聚合物的抗凝血性能,制备方法多种多样,近年来引起了国内外研究人员的广泛关注。本文主要从抗凝血机制、制备方法等方面介绍了抗凝血材料类肝素化聚合物的研究进展。
Improving the blood compatibility of materials has become one of the most important subjects in the research of biomaterials due to the requirement for higher and higher blood compatibility.In recent years,heparin-like polymers have been paid much attention by many researchers mainly because:(1) heparin-like polymers exhibited good blood compatibility like heparin polymers;(2)the preparation methods of heparin-like polymers were many and various;(3)the research about the anticoagulant mechanism of heparin-like polymers can help to understand the interactive relationship between material and blood at the molecular and cell Level and the relationship between the structure of materials and their anticoagulant activity.
