选取了1995—2008年的统计数据,以技术产业总产值、技术引进经费支出、技术改造经费支出、新产品开发经费支出等作为指标,通过实证分析找出了河北省科技创新的影响因素,并提出相关建议。

Statistics data from 1995 to 2008 were and the technology industry gross product,introduction of technology expenditures,technological innovation expenditures,and new product development expenditure were used as indicators.And empirical analysis were also used to identify the impact of technological innovation factors in Hebei Province and related suggestions were put forward.
