摘要
目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b F G F)在同种异体肾移植慢性排斥反应肾组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化 S P法研究12 例正常肾组织、14 例肾癌旁组织及23 例慢性排斥反应肾组织中b F G F的表达 。结果:排斥反应肾组织 b F G F表达阳性率及中等以上阳性率分别为82.6% 和52.3% ,明显高于正常组织及癌旁组织,有极显著性差异( P < 0.01);b F G F主要在血管平滑肌、肾小球膜、肾小管等细胞的胞浆及胞核中表达。结论:b F G F表达可调控正常肾组织,过度表达与慢性排斥反应密切相关;未发现b F G F表达与临床症状相关。
Purpose:To elucidate the relationship between the growth factor and the chronic rejection.Methods:We investigated the expression of bFGF in 23 human chronic renal allograft rejection tissues,12 normal kidney tissues,14 ajacent non neoplastic tissues with immunohistochemistry SP method.Results:The bFGF was found in the cytolasma,nucleus of interstitium,vascular smooth muscle,mesangial,tubular ethelial cells and matrix.The positive stain rate of bFGF was 82.6 % in rejection tissues ,significant higher than that in normal tissues ( 41.7 %),and in ajacent non neoplastic tissues ( 42.9 %)(P< 0.01 ).Conclusions:The expression of bFGF acted as a control role in normal tissues,and there was a closed relationship between the increased expression of bFGF and the chronic human renal allograft rejection,there was no significant relationship between the expression of bFGF and the clinical data.
