摘要
目的:研究27例肝炎病人血清、外周血单核细胞(PBMC)及肝脏中GBV-C/HGV正链及负链RNA(复制中间体)的存在状况。方法:应用逆转录-巢式多聚酶链反应技术检测GBV-C/HGV正、负链RNA。结果:27例病人中21例病人血清、7例PBMC、10例肝组织中检测到GBV-C/HGV正链RNA,其中2例单一GBV-C/HGV感染者肝组织中检测到负链RNA,在27例病人血清及PBMC中均未检测到负链RNA。结论:GBV-C/HGV是一种嗜肝病毒,肝脏可能是其复制的主要场所之一,但GBV-C/HGV与HCV混合感染对,在PBMC及肝脏中尚未发现该病毒复制的证据。
Objective: To investigate the presence of plus-and minus-stranded HGV RNA in the serum,liver and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Methods: Plus-and minus-stranded HGV RNA wasdetected with reverse-transcription nested polymerase chain reaction in 27 patients with hepatitis. Results:Plus-stranded HGV RNA was found in 21 cases in serum 10 cases in liver sample and 7 cases in PBMC. Nominus stranded HGV RNA was found in serum and PBMC. Minus-stranded HGV RNA was detectal in 2cases infected only with GBV-C/HGV in the liver sample. Plus-stranded HGV RNA was found in 10 of 21liver samples from the patients with positive detection of HGV RNA in the serum and 2 of minus-strandedpositive samples. No minus-stranded HGV RNA was found in the serum and PBMC. ConclusiOn: GBV-C/HGV is a hepatotropic virus that replicates in the human liver.
