摘要
应用电磁场数值计算方法求解三维心电图正问题,考察了第一部分介绍的人体模型中骨骼肌肉层的各向异性导电性对心电传导的影响。推导了描叙人类心电场的有限元和边界元数学模型,以及二者结合的形式,并重点讨论了单层肌肉层, 复合肌肉层的不同纤维方向组合下的胸腔模型中心电图正问题, 以及它们对体表电位图的影响。
A numerical method calculating the forward problem of electrocardiogram (ECG) has been presented. By using this method, the torso part including anisotropic muscle layers has been discretized by means of the finite element method (FEM). The rest of torso have been divided into the surface elements by the boundary element method (BEM). The effects of the skelltel muscle layers over thorax wall, have been discussed in terms of a three-dimensional torso models.
