摘要
针对某船用柴油机制造企业机架类零件的结构特点,对机架类零件特征信息提取、特征匹配、特征重构、特征工艺推理、特征刀具轨迹生成等环节的关键技术进行了研究,并应用产品模型数据交换标准与特征技术相结合的集成方法,使加工特征信息在上述环节中进行一体化传递。在此基础上,开发了船用柴油机机架类零件CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统,并通过应用实例对其进行了验证。系统操作简单,人工干预少,可以扩充应用到其他类型复杂零件的信息集成领域。
Aiming at the structural features of some frame parts in marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprise,key technologies for feature information extraction,feature matching,feature reconfiguration,feature process inference and feature tool path were studied.Machining feature information was transfered in above links by using the integration method based on STandard for the Exchange of Product model data(STEP) and feature technology.On this basis,a Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Process Planning/Computer Aided Manufacturing(CAD/CAPP/CAM) integration system of marine diesel engine frame parts was developed and validated through a case.This system was characterized by easy operation with less human intervention.It could also be extended and applied in the information integration of other types of diesel engine parts.
