派特灵治疗中孕妇女外阴尖锐湿疣的临床观察

The clinical observation of use Paiteling treatment to vulva Condyloma accuminatum of medium-term pregnant women

目的观察派特灵治疗中期妊娠妇女外阴部尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 16例中期妊娠妇女外阴,肛周尖锐湿疣,给予派特灵外涂于疣体及周围2mm处,每日两次,连用4d,其疣体脱落愈合为一疗程,必要时重复治疗,待其完全脱落后,取派特灵1∶50稀释溶液敷原疣体部及周围10min,每日一次,连用2-3个月。结果派特灵1-4个疗程赘生物全部脱落。随访3-6个月,无1例复发。派特灵治疗中期妊娠妇女外阴部尖锐湿疣,能明显提高治愈率,减少复发率,对新生儿无不良反应。

Objective：To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of use Paiteling treatment to vulva Condyloma accuminatum（CA） of medium-term pregnant women.Methods：16 cases of medium-term pregnant women have vulvar and perianal CA,giving the Paiteling outside the vegetations and surrounding 0.2 cm bid,last 4days.The vegetations fall off healing for one period of treatment.When necessary repeat it.If it fall off completely,take Paiteling 1：50 dilution apply the original vegetations around 10min once a day,last 2-3 months.Results：Send 1-4 treatment vegetations fall off entirely.Follow-up of 3-6 months,no one relapse.Send Paiteling treatment to vulva Condyloma accuminatum of medium-term pregnant women,can obviously increase the cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,no adwerse reactions for newborns.
