摘要
老年性皮肤瘙痒症与肝的关系十分密切,作者结合临床与理论,认为可从①肝郁气滞,血瘀生风;②肝血亏虚,血虚风燥;③肝肾不足,阴虚风动三方面辨证施治。
The senile cutaneous prutitus with a intense close to the liver,author combine theory with the clinical,and reckon it can be treated from the following etiology and pathogenesis;①Depression of the liver leading to stagnation of QI and blood circulation;②Remopenial and wind dryness due to deficiency of liver-blood;③ Wind formation from Yin deficiency because of deficiency of liver and kidney.
