Status and Requirement of Social Security for the Handicapped in Rural China

现阶段我国多数农村地区残疾人的社会保障问题较为突出,其社会保障需求与制度及政策之间的缺口很大。做好农村残疾人扶贫工作,帮助农村残疾人摆脱贫困、解决温饱,是社会主义新农村建设和全面建设小康社会的重要任务,需要从社会保障和社会服务的制度建设上给以更加有效地解决。对中国农村残疾人社会保障状况和需求开展分析研究,指出其存在的问题,提出对策建议。
