摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,利用乙醇溶剂浸提结合超声波辅助提取法对盛花期野生马齿苋草粉中总黄酮的优化提取工艺进行了研究,并用分光光度计比色法对提取的总黄酮含量进行了检测。试验结果表明,野生马齿苋草粉中总黄酮的优化提取条件为,乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间为30min,提取温度为70℃,料液比为1∶30(m∶V,g∶mL),得到野生马齿苋草粉中总黄酮含量为5.2817%。
Single-factor design and orthogonal experiment were designed to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method to extract and detect the total flavonoids in wild Portulaca oleracea meal.The results showed that the optimal extraction concentration of flavonoids was 70% ethanol,extraction for 30 min,solid to liquid ratio at 1∶30(m/V,g∶mL),and extraction temperature at 70℃.Under the optimum conditions,the content of extracted total flavonoids from wild Portulaca oleracea meal was 5.281 7%.
