摘要
1GHz放大器是纳秒脉冲激光测距系统中的关键部分,其性能好坏直接决定着整个系统的工作性能。本文在充分考虑放大器在实际应用中对带宽、增益、噪声等要求的基础上,通过引入多个适当的级间反馈设计了1GHz放大器,并运用Aglient EDA工具ADS对其进行全面的仿真分析,测试结果表明其稳定性好、噪声系数小、带内平坦度好、端口匹配良好,完全适合用于纳秒脉冲激光测距系统。
1GHz amplifier is the key part of the nanosecond pulse laser rangefinder system. The whole work performance of system was determined by amplifier's. Basing on the demand of the amplifier in term of bandwidth, gain and noise, The amplifier was designed by using proper feedbacks. And it was simulated by ADS computer soft. Tests show that the UWB amplifier got a good stability, low noise figure, good port impedance matching, Which applying in the nanosecond pulse laser range finder system.
