分布式电源接入配电网的通信方式研究 被引量:8

摘要 分布式电源接入配电网是实现智能配用电的关键问题之一,由于保护和控制功能的时间特性,对通信过程的时延提出了较为严格的要求。本文首先结合IEC 61850和IEEE 1547标准,分析了实现保护、控制和量测等功能的时延要求;其次,考虑到配电网实际情况,对可能采用的有线和无线通信技术进行了分析讨论;最后,以较为典型的配电自动化系统为实例,分别建立了基于双绞线和光纤以太网的有线通信仿真模型、基于扩频技术的IEEE 802.11(无线局域网)仿真模型。仿真结果表明,所选通信方式均能满足分布式电源接入配电网的保护控制时延要求。 Distributed generation access to distribution network is one of the key issues to realize the smart grid.The data transmission of communications is strictly constraint because of the time characteristics of the protection and control functions.In this paper,the delay requirement of protection,control and measuring is firstly analyzed according to IEC 61850 and IEEE 1547 standards.Then wired and wireless communication technologies that may be used in distribution network are studied according to practical distribution network.Finally,taken a typical DAS as an example,the simulation models of wired communication based on twisted pair cable Ethernet and optical fiber Ethernet are built,and the simulation models of IEEE 802.11 is also set up based on spread spectrum technology.The simulation results show that all the proposed communication technologies satisfy the delay requirement of protection and control in the distributed network with distributed generation.
